Pope Industries is a design build general contractor constructing commercial modular buildings in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Maine, Connecticut and Vermont.
Modular buildings service two market sectors, relocatable or temporary modular buildings and permanent modular buildings. Pope Industries provides design, build and finance services for both market sectors.
Relocatable Buildings are designed to service temporary needs such as construction trailers, office space, specialty emergency structures and uses such as temporary, code compliant temporary modular classrooms. Many of our “temporary classroom” buildings have been in service for 32 years.
Permanent modular construction is used to deliver permanent construction quality where time to occupancy or time to return on investment is critical. Often we have had multiple modular manufacturing plants delivering modular components to meet the occupancy requirements of a project.
Pope Industries brings renewable energy technologies to its design-build construction capabilities. Rooftop solar, solar canopies and ground mount solar projects as well as geothermal heating are just a few of the renewable technologies are capable of bringing to our customers projects.
